In accordance with Article 13 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data – General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (Official Journal of the EU L 119/1 of May 4, 2016), we inform you that:
The administrator of your personal data is the Magdalena Abakanowicz University of the Arts Poznan, located at: al. Marcinkowskiego 29, 60-967 Poznań.
The data administrator has appointed a Data Protection Officer overseeing the proper processing of personal data, who can be contacted via email at: iod@uap.edu.pl.
Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of conducting the recruitment process for studies and documenting the course of studies.
The legal basis for processing your personal data is the Act of July 20, 2018 – the Higher Education and Science Law (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1668, as amended) and your consent.
Your personal data will be processed for a period of 6 months after the completion of the recruitment process, and in the case of acceptance for studies, it will be processed according to the course of studies. Subsequently, it will be archived and stored for a period of 50 years.
Your personal data will not be shared with third parties, except for entities authorized based on separate legal regulations. Access to your data will be granted to individuals authorized by the Administrator to process them in the course of their duties, as well as to members of recruitment committees.
You have the right to access your data, and subject to legal regulations, the right to rectify, delete, restrict processing, the right to data portability, the right to object to processing, and the right to withdraw consent at any time.
You have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
Providing your personal data is voluntary. However, failure to provide the data will prevent participation in the recruitment process.
Your personal data will not be processed in an automated manner and will not be subject to profiling (Article 22 GDPR).
Your data will not be transferred to a third country or international organizations.
